This condo is inspired by wildlife local to the Smokies as captured by talented local photographers. Specifically we honor the very exclusive migration of monarch butterflies that arrive in the Smokies every late-September.
This condo has a queen bed and is fully furnished kitchenette for making a home cooked meal. You'll be close to the Sugarlands park entrance and have 2 pools to use!
This is a studio condo designed for 2 people to kick back and enjoy the Smokies and within the space. You have your own private wifi with cable TV. There is a coffee maker!
This space features a queen bed built-in by the window. This unit is on the 2nd of 3 floors and will require stairs (there is not an elevator). The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $99.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $99.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
