Beautiful top floor views of the Smokies! This is a studio loft condo with a fun layout to help you enjoy every moment. Enjoy direct views of the Smokies from the top floor and thoughtfully laid out with several nooks for you to enjoy. You'll have to make tough choices like choosing either coffee or wine while sitting on the deck, couch or lazing in bed. Relax and enjoy a meal at the dinette table. You'll have your own private wifi access, smart TVs+Netflix.

This is a studio loft condo designed for up to 4 adults to kick back and enjoy the Smokies and within the space. It is located on the 3rd floor of 3. You have your own private wifi with cable TV. There is a dinette set for two and definitely a coffee maker!

This space features a queen bed built-in on the wall on the main level next to the deck (what a view!) (counts as a common space) and there's a full / double bed in the loft (counts as 1 bedroom). The condo is about 500 square feet. The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31.

We have a sister space just next door / the next unit over also with fun vibes and the great views! Please message us if you need more than 4 people.

Open, unassigned parking at the complex. The condo community features an indoor pool + two hot tubs, outdoor pool (seasonally available), charcoal + gas grills, picnic tables, kid's playground, a small video game arcade, community laundry room with coin-operated washers+dryers.

We are available via text or phone. Please let us know if anything needs attention. We have our own local team available if there is an issue (you can reach out to us or call them direct, their number is posted on the fridge). FYI: the front desk at the clubhouse building can answer basic things about the complex but they do not help with guest services and requests for privately owned units like ours. Don't worry, we like making sure you have what you need to enjoy the stay!

The condo is at the top of Ski Mountain up from the Downtown Gatlinburg. It's so close to the middle of Gatlinburg and just over from Pigeon Forge but you will have plenty of views from this altitude. 2912 feet above sea level to be exact!

You will be headed up Ski Mountain to get to this amazing vantage point to experience the Smokies. The road is the highest road on the map for this mountain. Please expect mountain roads to get to nearly a 3000 feet elevation which can vary seasonally. There is open, unassigned parking at the complex.

There are black bears who are our neighbors. Please do not feed them or get close. They are a wonder to watch and take pics of but not great huggers.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The HOA has closed the POOL HOUSE for the INDOOR pool, hot tubs, and spas for roof repair. Right now the ETA for INDOOR POOL HOUSE reopening is sometime in April-May 2024. We do NOT yet have an official date so it is closed until announced here.
4/11/24: The outdoor pool is now open for the season until Labor Day (and beyond depending on weather)! The hours are 900AM to 945PM daily. The pool is heated and it may not be warm enough for use during very cold temperatures. Guests swim at their own risk. The indoor pool and hot tubs remain closed until further notice due to renovation.
