See bears up close in season! Relax and unwind staring at the beautiful trees on top of Ski Mountain above Gatlinburg. This condo has 2 bedrooms for 4 people to sleep (2 queen beds). The living room and each bedroom has a TV! Cook meals with a fully stocked kitchenette.

Great for a family or a group. Amenities: seasonal fireplace, your own private wifi, smart TV w/ Roku+cable. There's a playground, indoor+outdoor pools, indoor hot tubs. EZ access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

You can look right out the back deck or window and see bears walking in and out of the woods. Space is about 800 square feet and located on the 1st of 3 floors (7 stair steps into the building). There's a wood burning fireplace (available between October 31 and March 31). There is a crock pot for making your own great meal and dont worry, there is a coffee maker, slow cooker!

You will be headed up Ski Mountain to get to this amazing vantage point to experience the Smokies. The road is the highest road on the map for this mountain. Please expect mountain roads to get to nearly a 3000 feet elevation which can vary seasonally. There is open, unassigned parking at the complex.

There are black bears who are our neighbors. Please do not feed them or get close. They are a wonder to watch and take pics of but not great huggers.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $99.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $99.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
