This condo looks right at the park with views from the built-in queen bed and the inviting deck all wrapped in a look straight out of a magazine. This is a perfect getaway for two as you'll have nooks to relax and not think of your routine at home. You will have a private wifi network and cable TV if you need it. A fully stocked kitchen is available with a coffee maker.

This studio is almost 400 SF with a built-in queen next to the window and also features a pull-out couch. it is located on the 2nd of 3 floors. If you want more than 2 people, please understand the reality of sharing 400 SF for more than 2 people as in you'll love them thru thick and thin in all situations! There is a dinette set for two and definitely a coffee maker. There's a wood burning fireplace (available between October 31 and April 1)

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
