At Treeside Escape you will relax and sit in a newly updated, comfortable condo space for 2. This condo is inspired by the trees in the Smokies.

This condo has a queen bed and is fully furnished kitchenette for making a home cooked meal. You'll be 15-20 minutes drive close to the Sugarlands park entrance and Downtown Gatlinburg. You have 2 pools to use (indoor, outdoor) and hot tubs (indoor), grills which are community amenities.

This is a studio condo designed for 2 people to kick back and enjoy the Smokies and within the space. You have your own private wifi with cable TV. There is a coffee maker!

This space features a queen bed built-in by the window. This unit is on the 2nd of 3 floors and will require stairs (there is not an elevator). The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31.

Open, unassigned parking at the complex. The condo community features an indoor pool + two hot tubs, outdoor pool (seasonally available), charcoal + gas grills, picnic tables, kid's playground, a small video game arcade, community laundry room with coin-operated washers+dryers.

The condo is at the top of Ski Mountain up from the Downtown Gatlinburg. It's so close to the middle of Gatlinburg and just over from Pigeon Forge but you will have plenty of views from this altitude. 2912 feet above sea level to be exact!

You will be headed up Ski Mountain to get to this amazing vantage point to experience the Smokies. The road is the highest road on the map for this mountain. Please expect mountain roads to get to nearly a 3000 feet elevation which can vary seasonally. There is open, unassigned parking at the complex.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The HOA has closed the POOL HOUSE for the INDOOR pool and spas for roof repair. It is being worked on unexpectedly and currently we do not have an estimated completion date. Unfortunately this is out of our control and the HOA does not have an ETA yet on when it will reopen. However, the OUTDOOR POOL is OPEN and is accessible to guests from Memorial Day weekend until after Labor Day. Please feel free to drop us a message for latest updates.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $99.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $99.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
